Corn Wraps Workshop

A Local Staple

Corn has been at the heart of Colombian cuisine since ancestral times. Grown across the country, this grain is transformed into a wide range of traditional recipes that shape the identity of each region.

In Boyacá, corn wraps are a local staple enjoyed at breakfast, as a side, or even as a dessert. Soft, fragrant, and wrapped in corn husks, this dish has been passed down through generations, preserving its flavor and tradition.
