This document contains the terms, conditions, and restrictions under which CS HOTELES SAS, operated by UNIKA HOTELS CORP COLOMBIA SAS, provides hotel services in its establishments for individual guests. These terms are considered accepted when a reservation is made through any direct or indirect booking channel.
1. Check-In / Check-Out Policy
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Additional guests will be charged per night according to the applicable room type and rate at the time of booking.
2. Early Check-In Policy
Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges:
Before 6:00 AM: 100% of the previous night’s rate
After 6:00 AM and before 3:00 PM: 50% of the current daily rate
3. Late Check-Out Policy
Late check-out must be authorized by reception and is subject to availability.
Unauthorized late departures will incur the following charges:
Until 3:00 PM: 50% of the current daily rate
After 3:00 PM: 100% of one additional night’s rate plus taxes
4. Early Departure Policy
Early departures must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
If notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the hotel may charge for the unused night(s) according to the reserved rate.
This policy does not apply to non-refundable reservations.
5. Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or prepayment.
Flexible Rate
- Requires a valid credit card guarantee. The hotel may pre-authorize the first night plus taxes.
Non-Refundable / Advance Rate
- Requires full payment of the stay plus taxes at the time of confirmation.
6. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Flexible Rate
- Cancellations are permitted without penalty until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival.
- Modifications are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
In case of no-show, the first night plus taxes will be charged.
Non-Refundable / Advance Rate
- No cancellations permitted
- No modifications permitted
- Non-refundable except where required by law
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged
7. Accommodation Policy for Minors
In compliance with Colombian Law 679 of 2001 and related regulations:
- The minor’s identification document must be presented.
- If traveling without parents, notarized authorization and a copy of the parents’ identification documents are required.
- Without proper documentation, entry will be denied.
Guests are responsible for supervising minors at all times during their stay.
8. Payments in Foreign Currency
All rates are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP).
The hotel is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations applied by financial institutions.
9. Value Added Tax (VAT)
Rates do not include 19% VAT unless explicitly stated.
For reservations made through online travel agencies, VAT may be charged in accordance with current Colombian tax regulations if not previously invoiced.
10. Hotel Insurance (Optional)
An optional hotel insurance fee may be charged per person, per night.
This insurance covers accidental events occurring within hotel premises, subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
11. Anti-Corruption Commitment
CS HOTELES SAS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and bribery in both public and private sectors.
Any guest action that violates national or international anti-corruption regulations may result in immediate termination of the contractual relationship without compensation.
12. AML / CFT / FPADM Prevention Policy
Guests declare that their funds do not originate from illicit activities and that they are not listed on national or international restricted lists.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate services immediately if evidence suggests involvement in money laundering, terrorist financing, or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
13. Sustainability Policy
CS HOTELES SAS is committed to sustainable development, environmental protection, sociocultural respect, and the prevention of the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
14. Anti-Smoking Policy
In compliance with Colombian Law 1335 of 2009, all facilities are 100% smoke-free.
Violations will result in a penalty equivalent to 10% of the current monthly legal minimum wage, plus any additional specialized cleaning costs if required.
15. Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and related regulations, guests authorize the processing of their personal data for:
- Service delivery
- Billing
- Commercial communications
- Legal compliance

16. Right of Withdrawal
For reservations made through the official website or direct booking channels, guests may exercise the right of withdrawal within two (2) business days of confirmation, provided the check-in date is not within five (5) days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days.
17. Payment Reversal Policy
Applicable to debit card, credit card, and other electronic payments issued in Colombia in cases involving:
Fraud
- Unauthorized transactions
- Services not received
All reversals will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
18. Pet Policy
Small pets are permitted under specific conditions:
- A valid vaccination card must be presented
- The pet admission form must be completed
Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
